About Us
Heavy antlers, with tall tines and wide beams have been a major focus of Mike Mathes and Farris Adams’s for many years, over many miles. First and foremost these guys are avid hunters. From the Midwest to points in Canada, Alaska, Western U.S. to Africa, New Zealand, and Australia, they have pursued many different game species. Heavy antlers was their pure desire to pursue the perfect horns from elusive game animals that motivated them to pursue development of the perfect whitetail rack.
Mike grew up on a cattle farm raising beef cattle and maintaining machinery, as well as operating excavation equipment. His gift for analyzing real estate property and executing a business plan to completion served him well through the late nineties through 2008. Prior to land development, he was honored often as a top salesman with very high customer satisfaction. Mike is fully dedicated to lofty whitetail development goals and wants to provide fame customer appreciation and friendships with like-minded deer farmers.
Farris had been a brick layer for 15 years. Owned a bricking and stone business and is a very hard worker. In the last year Farris has worked part-time for Mike taking care for the needs of the deer and has become very involved in their lives. He is also a very avid hunter and has a great passion for the whitetail industry for growing the number one buck in the world. He has 2 small daughters that love to visit and feed the deer as well.
